How it works

A choreography, not a playlist

Programs move through four visible phases so finance, legal, and revenue leaders can anticipate workload—even when topics are complex.

  1. Step 1

    Evidence intake

We collect anonymized CRM excerpts, nurture screenshots, and calendar realities before facilitators design sprint agendas.

  2. Step 2

    Facilitated collisions

Structured disagreements happen on purpose. Scribes capture decisions so momentum survives the week after workshop.

  3. Step 3

    Documentation sprint

Teams convert sticky notes into CRM-ready definitions, SLA timers, and bilingual glossaries where required.

  4. Step 4

    Adoption check-in

Thirty days later we review what stuck, what broke, and what needs a lighter follow-up—without selling another full program by default.

Before / after snapshot

Before

Slides shipped without CRM picklist updates; marketing and sales used different definitions of “qualified.”

After

Published stage brief cards, bilingual glossary, and SLA timers referenced in Gong snippets and MAP automation.
