Returns & Refunds

This policy explains refunds for tuition-based programs listed in Korean Won (KRW) on mind-zonexhub.pro. Prices are informational until a signed enrollment agreement exists. No automated checkout is provided on this marketing site.

Individual consumers residing in Korea may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of purchase without stating a reason, provided digital access has not been fully consumed in a way that diminishes return rights under applicable law.

After the cooling-off period, partial refunds may be available when documented medical emergencies or employer-mandated travel prevent participation. Requests must include evidence and arrive before the program midpoint.

Third-party licensing fees, venue deposits already paid on your behalf, and bespoke research blocks delivered under separate statements of work are generally non-refundable once incurred.

Email refunds@mind-zonexhub.pro with enrollment ID, participant name, and reason. Our team acknowledges within five business days and may request additional verification. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless technically impossible.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days. Banking networks may add additional settlement time. Corporate invoices may require offsetting credit notes instead of cash refunds when contracts mandate.

If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort. Consumer rights under the Framework Act on Consumers in Electronic Commerce and other Korean regulations remain unaffected where applicable.
