By accessing mind-zonexhub.pro and enrolling in programs operated by Mind Zonexhub Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use our websites or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We provide professional training, workshops, and related educational materials. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for compliance with your employer’s policies and applicable regulations when applying coursework.

Certain programs require verified business contact details. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. We may refuse service or close accounts when fraud, harassment, or repeated payment issues occur.

Course materials, templates, and downloadable assets are licensed for your internal learning use unless a separate license states otherwise. You may not resell, publicly repost, or mass-distribute materials without written permission. Trademarks referenced in coursework belong to their respective owners.

You will not attempt to disrupt our systems, scrape personal data of other participants, or upload malware. Community spaces must remain professional. We may remove content or participants who violate these expectations after a reasonable review process.

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid program is limited to the fees you paid for that specific program during the six months preceding the claim.

Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Busan, Republic of Korea, unless consumer protection rules require a different venue for individual consumers.

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or new offerings. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
