We collect identifiers (name, email, company), communication content you submit through forms, technical logs (IP address, device type, approximate location derived from IP), and program participation data such as attendance or survey responses.

Data is used to respond to inquiries, administer courses, improve learning experiences, secure our services, comply with accounting obligations, and—only when permitted—send product updates you opted into.

For EU-based visitors, we rely on contract performance for enrollments, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, and consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing email). Korean processing follows PIPA-aligned practices and contractual necessity.

Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes. Program records follow statutory accounting timelines. Analytics logs are rotated within thirteen months unless security investigations require longer retention.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, segmented environments for production data, and periodic reviews of vendor security practices. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure; please use strong passwords and report suspected incidents promptly.

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. Korean residents may exercise PIPA rights by emailing us with verification details. We respond within reasonable timelines defined by applicable law.

Services are not directed to children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data. Updates to this notice will be posted with a new revision date. Material changes affecting consent-based processing will be communicated separately when required.
